I started this blog a long time ago as when it was "What's Cooking at My house" and before my mad photography skills kicked in and before we went gluten free. With that said you never know what you might find here. There's a little something for everyone I believe. But my hope is to provide more recipes with better photos to tempt your tummy. *smile*

Yummy Chicken Marinade

I confess I didn't exactly measure everything but I had to write this down because I came up with this marinade and we just cooked the chicken on the grill and it was delicious.

Ingredients

1/2 cup White Wine
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 TBS. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBS. Red Wine Vinegar
2TBS. Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS. Lemon Juice
1tsp. Parsley
1tsp. Rosemary
1/2  tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Whisk all together and marinade your chicken for approximately 4 hours. 
You may adjust amounts to your taste. Like I said I really didn't measure anything but I think this is close.
