Some Things You Should Know

I started this blog a long time ago as when it was "What's Cooking at My house" and before my mad photography skills kicked in and before we went gluten free. With that said you never know what you might find here. There's a little something for everyone I believe. But my hope is to provide more recipes with better photos to tempt your tummy. *smile*

Turkey Sausage

My family LOVES this "sausage". It's way better for you then traditional sausage and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. You can double this recipe to suit your needs.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sage
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp pepper

1. In a medium bowl mix together all the ingredients until well blended. (This is even better if mixed the night before to let the flavors mesh together)
2. Form into small patties. I cook mine on the George Foreman grill but a frying pan would work just as well. You can also use this for sausage gravy. Just don't form into patties. Cook ground up and then put in your gravy.
Enjoy!

You really have no idea about that...lol....

I do not really like lamb because I have ever had a bad experience about it.

one day I was at my grand mother house and she bought me a lamb (well, I do not remember what is the name of that food), and the lamb was really smelly. you know, I can not eat lamb meat which is smell like lamb. I mean, real lamb!

This is why I avoid lamb including meals. I would say no for lamb and I do not want to eat it anymore.

I do not know whether this is a traumatic things or not, but surely if someday I could find a good chef who could cook lamb and smells delicious, not smell likes lamb, I will eat it. But not for now:D I hope my boyfriend hate lamb too...hahahahhahhah... Oops, sorry....lol

Thank you very much for your visit at my blog:D. I really appreciate it!

have a great day sis..

PS: You are beautiful. Has anyone ever told you about that?

Well, see you:D
