Key Lime Pie
This has got to be the best Key Lime Pie I have ever made. So here is the recipe. It's quick and very easy.
3 egg yolks (no white)1 -
14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Key Lime Juice (fresh is best)
1 - 9" Graham Cracker Crumb Pie Shell (commercial or homemade)
Whipped Cream or 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
Stir the egg yolks and lime juice into the sweetened condenses milk in a medium sized mixingbowl. Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust. Bake at 350°F oven for 15 minutes.Cool for 10 minutes. Refrigerate to chill.

I will have to try this. I love, love, love Key lime pie. I tried to make one years ago (I think it was a Mr. Food recipe) and it was awful. When we give in to the craving, we get a Mrs. Edwards. LOL One of our non-organic treats.
Oh, key lime pie is one of my favorites! That sounds so easy!!
